Pueblo, CO: Pueblo County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two people Wednesday morning on the Walker Ranch property north of Pueblo after they attempted to steal a tractor while eluding law enforcement looking for them in connection with a stolen vehicle out of El Paso County.
