When can I visit someone who is in custody?

Visits will not be defined by alphabet or housing location, they are only limited by the two visits per week for in-house visiting and can be limited by us for segregation areas.

  • Visits will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, with breaks built in for headcount and other facility operations.
  • Visitors can schedule a visit from our lobby or from any internet-connected device.  See the Visitation Page under "How do I..."
  • Appointments in our visit room must be registered at least one-hour prior to the start of the visit and are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Appointments for remote visiting must be registered 24-hours prior to the visit.
  • When scheduling an on-site visit the person is given a visit station number and a personal identification number (PIN) code to be able to access the visit when it starts.
  • Reception no longer needs to set-up or connect visits, this is done by the system.
