A Community Organization for Victim Assistance (ACOVA) has been established to serve victims of crime and circumstance in the Pueblo Area. ACOVA assists victims, witnesses, their families and friends following an incident or a crime. ACOVA provides on scene crisis intervention, referrals, and follow-up. Community awareness programs about victim services are available for agencies, schools, and other groups.
ACOVA has been established to serve all victims of crime or circumstance, regardless of ethnic, background, religious persuasion, financial status, community standing, age or gender. We are committed to ensuring the rights of victims and meeting their needs by offering support and information regarding appropriate community resources.
