Become a Block Captain / Team Leader
A background check is required for an individual to be a Block Captain/Team Leader in the Neighborhood Watch Program for Pueblo County.

Interested applicants must complete the required background check paperwork (PDF) to be considered for Team Leader (Block Captain) status.
Please print all pages of the application, and once complete, please turn the forms in to the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office, Pueblo West Sub Station.
